Our Thermal Calibration Lab is expertly designed to meet IEC 17025 and NABL standards, ensuring precise calibration of thermal equipment. Utilizing advanced tools like the Semi-Standard Platinum Resistance Thermometer, S-Type Thermocouple, Dry Blocks, and Standard Pyrometers, we deliver exceptional calibration for temperature sensors and sources.
Comprehensive Thermal Calibration Services
We provide thermal calibration services across a wide temperature range of -80°C to 1200°C. Our onsite calibration covers furnaces, chambers, water baths, freezers, and ovens, along with humidity chamber calibration from 10% to 95% RH, guaranteeing reliability for all your thermal equipment needs.
Temperature Mapping, Validation, and Uniformity Testing
Our Temperature Mapping, Validation, and Temperature Uniformity Testing are conducted at your site. We strategically place multiple temperature sensors inside the equipment, connecting them to data loggers. Once the actual temperature stabilizes at the desired set point, we record readings for 30-40 minutes or as required, following national and international standards for accuracy.
System Accuracy Testing and Loop Testing
Our System Accuracy Testing verifies the integrity of your measuring system. We utilize a dry block calibrator to simulate furnace temperatures. The furnace temperature sensor is placed alongside our master sensor, and we monitor the temperature of the master sensor while checking the outputs from the furnace thermocouple and temperature indicators, ensuring all readings align for optimal accuracy.
