PCB Testing
PCB Testing ensures the reliability of electronics by identifying issues like defects and burnt components. We use advanced methods like Cross-Sectional Analysis and Dye and Pry Test for precise evaluation.
Chemical Testing
Chemical Testing with Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES) delivers precise metal analysis using our BAIRD Spectrometer DV-6. We test ferrous, aluminum, copper, nickel, and zinc bases, ensuring accuracy with certified reference materials.
Mechanical Testing
Mechanical Testing at our lab includes tensile, compression, and bend tests, along with customized load and hardness tests (Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers). We use advanced machines to assess a wide range of materials and components.
Metallurgical
Metallurgical Testing with the Carl Zeiss Axio Vert.A1 includes microstructure analysis, grain size, plating thickness, and particle size measurement. We also assess heat-treated steel, decarburization, welds, and perform reverse engineering.
